Quezon City is one of the largest city in Metro Manila. Sometimes it is hard to look for an accommodation or hotel nearest the office, hospital, or residence you have business at, plans going to or visiting. Maya Residence Inn is located at 44 Matino cor Matahimik Street Brgy. Malaya, Diliman, Quezon City. This accommodation is near hospitals namely AFP Medical Center (700 m), Philippine Heart Center (1.5 km), and East Avenue Medical Center (1.3 km) to name a few. It is also near Quezon City Hall and other other government offices at or near the Quezon City Memorial Circle.
It is also located near Maginhawa St., one of the famous food places in Diliman. If you happen to have any business at the University of the Philippines, it is also a good spot to stay with the university being 10 mins away from the hotel.
The rooms are old but well kept and clean. It is decently spacious with enough room to move around. It has its own entertainment center with cable TV and a wardrobe and vanity table as well. The comfort room is clean with an old hotel charm with its tile colour and decor.
We stayed at Maya Inn Residence for just a night. We managed to book one of the rooms by calling in and making a reservation prior to our arrival. they gave us just enough time to hold our reservation while we get to the hotel.
We only had few several issues including a slow internet connection and some noise coming from the hallway. But other than that, the room was fair enough for the price we paid.
